"The restaurant is situated in the Bruntsfield hotel. I arranged for 28 of us to have dinner before a theatre outing. The hotel was most accomodating and helpful offering a £15 set dinner with 2 courses and coffee. The service was exemplary and the food was excellent. We were all deeply impressed and the room is most attractive overlooking a pleasant courtyard where drinks etc can be taken. A real find." - EdinburghCalvi
"I have been to Bisque on several occasions. When choosing a restaurant that offers both excellent value and excellent food this is always my number one choice. The Lamb Shank and the Duck Confit are to die for. The lamb is always so succulent and the meat literally falls off the bone even before I can get my knife and fork to it. If looking for a good inner city restaurant with caring and attentive staff ont top of the highly enjoyable food, this is by far your best bet. You'd be a fool to miss it!" - jjonny85
