Bisque Bar & Brasserie dinner menu
Martyn Dixon and his team create modern Scottish dishes with fresh local produce. How about pork escalope with red onions and a grain mustard, or grilled halloumi, with aubergines, tomato, peppers and cous cous?
The dinner menu changes regularly to fit the seasons and availability of fresh produce.
You'll find each area of Bisque has a slightly different ambiance; the booths are great for informal get-togethers over dinner, while the main restaurant finds the perfect balance of sophistication and atmosphere. On sunny days you can even dine on the private patio
